Minutes

1)      Apologies: Geoff Dunn, Bruce Tubnor, Mike Darker, Andrew Tyminski and Jim Ryan.

2)      Attendees as per attendance book.

3)      Minutes of previous meeting,Tabled - acceptance moved by Rob Eschbank and seconded by Cec Baker.

4)      Reports from committee members,

a)      President’s Report - Tabled - acceptance moved by Andrew Kerr and seconded by Rem de Vroom

b)      Treasurer’s Report - Tabled - acceptance moved by Bob Ihlein and seconded by Andrew Kerr

5)      Presentation of Annual Report (Form 12) for submission to Department of Fair Trading.. Motion to submit to Fair Trading moved by Bob Ihlein and seconded by Andrew Kerr.

6)      General Business.

a. Succession Planning – members were informed that some of the present executive committee members would not be available after end of the 2020/21 financial year and thought should be given to selection and training of replacements.

7) Office Bearers and committee- The following nominations were received:

a)      President - Bruce Crouch

b)      Vice President–Ken Yeatman

c)      Secretary - Terry Anderson

d)      Treasurer– Bob Ihlein

e)      Committee members (ordinary) - Allan Brown, Rob Eschbank, Keith Smith , Richard Threlfo, Bruce Dexter and Darrol Harmer

f)       There being 2 extra nominations for committee members a vote of members present was held with Bruce Dexter, Darrol Harmer, Keith Smith and Richard Threlfo being elected. There being no extra nominations for the four executive members they were automatically elected.

AGM 17 July 2020

The Shed Annual General Meeting  will be held 11.am 17th July 2020..

Those wishing to attend please check with the Shed no later than Wednesday 15th July 2020.

There will be limited numbers able to attend. We will need two rosters,  One for those attending the shed as a normal day and another roster for those attending the meeting only. Only 16 persons are able to be in the shed including, workshop, office and outdoor area to ensure our social distancing.

Also you must be financial for the 2020/2021 year.

Shed Is Open again

We are open again as from Wednesday this week numbers are limited. We have to obey the Central Coast Council direction of 4sq meters per Person..

We are sending out a roster each week spaces are limited so if you wish to come and have not been included in the roster please let us know.

Bears of Hope Garden

   Prior to our shut down on the 23rd of March Bruce was working on an Angel

Statue for our Ladies of the "Bears of Hope Garden"

Bruce had cement rendered the statue before we closed.

During the closed down Bruce sealed the statue and last Friday we put it in place.
